A group of idiots. Generally speaking, most committees are idiot clusters.

Then the IT idiot cluster decided that would be too much work for them i.e. 5 minutes more per year, so they made everyone's life worse.

A big idiot. Usually an affectionate term for someone who is your friend, but acts like a complete idiot.

Comes from the Soulja Boy song "Bootymeat". Just substitute "idiot" for "booty".

idiot layer

In technology or telecommunications companies, the first level of technical support. Called idiots because they typically have no idea how things work and are just reading off a script.

Called Comcast because my DVR wouldn't power on. Their idiot layer said I needed to reboot it.
