Workplace slang for a loose cannon, often used to discreetly signal a red flag in a consort of interest. Usually a broken person displaying bipolar and/or manic tendencies. So called because they'll switch up on you in ten seconds or less.

Tom: "Bro... someone said you were dating your client Gina."
Greg: "What?! Yeah, imagine that. Me, dating a ten second person."

cracking ten

Slang term for defecation. Sometimes rumored to have been invented by George Washington while crossing the Potomac. It is a general term for the action of defecation, but can be altered after the "cracking" to describe the volume or intensity of the defecation.

"Bretheren...observe as I go forth and crack ten unto this mighty river."

ten pound pants

A pair of pants of any style: Jeans, Casual, Dress, Etc... that a person buys when they expect to lose weight. Often these pants are found, squeezed into, and purchased with the intention of losing ten pounds so that they can be comfortably worn. Often these pants are found hanging in closets for years before being scornfully donated or just thrown away in disgust.

I grabbed a pair of 36/30 ten pound pants. I'm gonna lose the weight, I swear. When I lose ten pounds I should be able to rock these.
