The man who played batman in that one filipino batman movie (Alyas Batman at Robin) from 1991 featuring his son Kempee as Robin. He should have made a cameo in the Flash 2023 as one of the batmans but him being every day on a popular variety show "EB" made him not appear. stupid EB and the Flash movie made him not appear.
