To wake up within a world of indoctrination after reading a critical mass of western propaganda, whilst what is actually important around the world is completely owing to your diverted attention.

Woke guy:
"I've lately become more woke on China and their treatment of minorities, not to mention their lack of gay rights"
Someone else:
"I was reading some translated international news about US leaving the UN Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty, why the US military are pushing into everyone else's borders and not vice-versa, and China's success in abolishing their poverty"

Woke

1.) A catchphrase used for decades (often as a joke) in the African American community when spotlighting examples of veiled racism hidden in social margins.

2.) Around 2016, in a blatant display of absolute racial arrogance, the word was appropriated by conservatives to be used as a pejorative term for the general support of racial equality and inclusion.

1.) “Pretextual stops and ‘Terry Frisks’ laws are all about letting cops stop and harass young black men. Stay woke!”

2.) “I’m so sick of Woke Hollywood making more and more movies with blacks and female actors!”
