Road Pest

Someone who is a bad driver. Can be classified as two types;

1: the aggressive road pest ( one who speeds recklessly, drives beyond his/her ability, passes maniacally in the slow lane, waits until the last possible second to merge when lane is ending)

2: the oblivious road pest ( drives slowly in the passing lane, changes lanes without looking, varies their speed while driving on highways constantly)

"I hate driving through that part of the city - it's chock full of road pests!"

road wobbler

A vehicle that appears to be unsteady or wobble when going down the road, similar to a pull toy with the wheels offset. Also, a person who is operating a vehicle in a manner that causes the above appearance.

John is very unsteady on his bike, he is a real road wobbler.
