But stuff is short hand text for but other stuff like this….

Example: I enjoy exercising but I don’t like to run but other stuff like this lifting hiking dancing jazzerscize those types of activities i enjoy.

Instead of saying all of that you would just say I enjoy exercising but i hate running but stuff…

I enjoy exercising but I don’t like running but stuff like lifting weights or dancing is my kinda thing.

I got into a fight with a teacher and stopped making sense, and when I talked all that came out was verbal bad stuff.
