Someone who tries to embarrass another by telling on them when they quiff in public.

Hey did you hear that? I heard a little quiff! as Rob pointed to the woman behind the counter. She quiffed! Come on Rob stop being such a quiff rat!

Snack Rat

A male or female that is stingy, lives off other people mainly hence they wait for crumbs (opportunities) to come to them. They are a common breed and display traits of being "loose" or just a plain loser.

Other slang: Snackratacus (ultimate snack rat)

Dude you shouldn't hook up with her, she's a total snack rat.

Rat poison

Term used by Alabama football coach Nick Saban to describe media hype that distracts a team after a win and makes them believe they’re invincible and makes them underestimate their next opponent. If they drink the rat poison they will lose.

Can also be used to describe situations or things that are good.

As applied to hair:

As applied to a situation:
