1. The female equivalent of an incel.
2. Another word for a radical feminist. Typically used by those who believe radical feminism is not actual feminism due to it often reinforcing gender roles and focusing on tipping the scales as opposed to equality of the sexes like other branches focus on.

Origin: "Fem" (Derived from "female" or "feminist", depending on the definition) + "Cel" (Last syllable of "incel).

TERFs aren't feminists. They are femcels.
