Carter is an interesting guy who has a nickname of Carti. Carti is often a playboy and talks to many girls at once. Most would refer to him as "Playboy Carti." Carter is a boy who has blonde hair and green eyes. Most of the time Carter enjoys playing sports although he might not be the greatest hit.
