An irritant, someone who puts their own interests before yours, or does anything at all annoying, reasonable or not. By being a CHEIF LEADER you are seen by all as being the most irritating. In many cases a meaningless insult.

e.g
Abel: Which chief has chief'd all the donuts.
Matt: That was Dipesh. Hes a chief leader mate.

The act of defacing someone while they are passed out. You take a shit, get a bit on your hands, and give the passed out person a big chief by drawing indian warpaint designs on their face with the shit.

Chief Bandit

Chief Bandits are an overrated class in MapleStory, a game which would be much better off without them. They are weak and expensive to maintain, but are quite good at blowing, in all meanings of the word. They use their money as a guard, and therefore think that they are better than everybody else. Due to their constant frustration at never having enough money they take out their hate on a much more superior class, the Marksman, of which one entry was made by a Chief Bandit, Septher, although he's a friendly one. Most Chief Bandits quit and make Marksmen anyway.

I think I need to quit my Chief Bandit and make a Marksman.
