Short for enema bottle, an anal cleanser. Similar to calling someone a douche or douch bag but a little more extreme yet sounding more subtle.

Earl is such an e-bot, he took a shit in my bathroom and didnt even spray after he was done. My whole house smells like shit now.

bot is a term that can be used in video games to talk bad manner or to just fool around. the word bot usually comes into play when a player or group of players are doing bad or just having a bad game, however it has popular use in the game that took the world by storm (no pun intended) Fortnite, and is almost always spat out when you make one mistake while someone is watching you play.
