Get the cross country geekmug. A Shit Ass Geek (SAG) is an athlete who is either ill-equipped for their sport or wears impractical clothing. A SAG outfit usually consists of board shorts, polo (or wifebeater if you're ghetto), a headband and runners/flipflops. If someone is recognized as a SAG, it is generally assumed that they are not very skilled at the sport, though there are rare exceptions.
