Turtles Have One Tail. Thot is an acronym commonly associated with the phrase "that ho over there". While thot may currently mean "that ho over there," it originated from "turtles have one tail" when a group of friends needed to study for a biology test. The creator of the abbreviation is unknown, but Stephanie from GT live recently brought it back and the original meaning resurfaced.
