A play-on of Spawn of Satan. Used to describe a very ugly coworker or person you know and openly mock. A reject to society that will NEVER do it with anyone not blind or mentally sane.
Paul-"Look at Jessica, she is SO ugly, I'd never do her!"
James-"Shes not just ugly, shes the Spawn of Ugly."
Paul-"True that."

Too much of anything isn't good. When someone wears too much makeup they look ugly. When someone has had too much plastic surgery they look ugly. Money ugly is just a term used for people when they have so much money that it's ugly.
Wow, I just got my pay check and now my money ugly.
I just met a guy from my old high school that was poor and now his money ugly.
I like it when a girls money is ugly that's way I don't have to provide for her.

Someone who isn't great looking, but also isn't the worst looking person you've ever seen. But they're still a little ugly.

according to the movie, it is waking up under someone so ugly after a night of drinking that you would chew your arm off to get out from under him or her then wake them.

Refers to someone so very, very ugly that he or she can only be described as double-ugly. Similar to butt-ugly but twice as repulsive; hence the plural.
One of the first instances of "double-ugly" in print was in a classic "Tom and Jerry" comic book from the 1950s.
Alternative spellings include: double ugly, doubly-ugly. Using a dash is proper when spelling compound adverbs and adjectives.
