Hot dog hillbilly water is simply really. It simply means that FUNK. THAT STANK. whether it be attitude or an actual displeasing smell. (Search up word : horrendous for an example of how smelly). Hot Dog Hillbilly Water is a term for the people. In any capacity you use it, you’re gonna love it.

You’re at work: a customer is being rude from across the counter. As the customer walks away, you walk up to a coworker and say

“I know that girls not talking to me with that loud hot dog water hillbilly mouth”
