Adjective:
An individual who is initially widely accepted into an organisation or group but remains indifferent to any additional forms of communication - choosing to not attend social gatherings , or participate in group chats. An individual who exhibits such tendencies can often remain an inactive member of a social group for months, only engaging in a bare minimal amount of communication I.e will speak to the group in person only. The verb of ghostman is ghosting.

John: hey, where's Steven, is he coming tonight?
Todd: he's not been on the group chat I don't know man, he's such a ghostman.

ghostheart

that feeling when you and your significant other are on the way to breaking up, and one of you is trying to make it work, but the other one isn't and you feel like your heart is ripped out of your chest (metaphorically not literally, otherwise you'd be dead) and in it's place, there is a ghost of your previous heart, thus pumping ghost blood through your veins, resulting in your entire body being numb and frozen.
