The Vbx syndrome is the condition where a person is un-phased by all their surroundings and are in a state of numbness where they listen to ONE song on repeat/loop for hours on end without any concern for time, boredom and enjoy doing it.

School syndrome

A result of spending your precious time on this planet in the useless black hole that it school.

Symptoms include: Suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, disappointment from yourself and your peers, lack of sleep, forgetfulness, weight loss, loss of friends, and hygiene deterioration.

Sadly, the only known cure is to deal with it until you are no longer required to go to school by the government.

Person 1: You look down, what's wrong?
Person 2: Oh nothing... I'm just dealing with school syndrome.
Person 1: Oh no! We need to get help!

The phenomena of when you're stoned and can't decide if e.g a selfie you just took looks fine as hell or it just appears to you so, because you're high. Therefore you doubt everything you experience: if wether a thing or situation is just as it is because you're baked or it is objectively normal.
