pet millionaire

A millionaire who is happy to provide their time, money and/or other assets they own to their non-millionaire companion without expecting them to repay that with any kind of service or favor in exchange for their commitment, their priority being their companion's wellbeing. (Note: explicitly not a sugarbaby-sugardaddy/sugarmommy type of relationship, and you ougth to treat your pet millionaire with respect, too.)
Pet millionaires are mythical creatures.

passing off" the "small pet pass-off

Where you cuddle a buxom girl's pint-sized "furry four-legged friend" (cat, small dog, rabbit, etc.) for a while, then hand over the animal to her, obliging her to allow your hands/arms to press/rub right against her luscious chest-pillows for a few seconds as she carefully transfers her pet from your grasp to hers. A great and totally "acceptable" way to "cop a free feel" without the cutie's being able to accuse you of being too touchy feeley; if you're super-careful to not move your hand or arm any more than would logically be necessary to simply "pass off" the chesty chick's pet to her, most likely she won't even realize/suspect that you were "passing off"anything on her in the first place.
Sometimes a "pleeze squeeze theeze"-minded chick can herself be guilty of "passing off" the "small pet pass-off" on a guy --- she takes her sweet time and does more "maneuvering and wriggling" than seemingly necessary to merely take back her pet from him. :P

Pet Pilled

Describes someone who has fully embraced being in a soft, submissive, affectionate (and sometimes bratty) dynamic—usually as the “pet” in a romantic or kink-coded relationship. Common signs include a desire for praise, being owned, wearing collars, curling up in laps, and responding alarmingly well to “good girl/boy.”

Also refers to a person who enjoys acting like an animal—most commonly a dog, cat, bunny, or fox—whether in a playful, flirty, clingy, or spicy way. Many pet pilled individuals exhibit:

Bratty behavior when denied attention

Barking/meowing in voice chats

Curling up on people they like

Being touch-starved but won’t admit it

Melting at praise

Loving headpats, ear scratches, and treats

Going feral if ignored too long

Once pet pilled, there's no turning back. They don’t want freedom. They want snacks, affection, and to sit on your lap while pretending they're not obsessed with you.
“She growled when I stopped petting her and then begged for belly rubs. She’s so pet pilled it’s unreal.”
“I barked in VC, begged for headpats, and called my girlfriend ‘Alpha.’ I am pet. I am pilled.”
“I meowed during a kiss. I’m so pet pilled it hurts.”

Let my Pets Decide Rule

Aka. L.P.D.R., A social norm where before getting into a long term serious relationship with another person, one of the people in the relationship insists that they have to see if their pets like their partner, which if their pets don't like their partner, they will not get into relationship with that person. It is good way to ensure your partner is trustworthy, and is a highly ethical behavior, for you are making sure your whole family, not just the people, but your pets too, like and trust your partner. The only issue with this rule is the fact that if your pet suffers from social aggression, territorial aggression, and or fear-related anxiety it can negatively impact their ability to accurately evaluate that person. If this is the case, the owner should work with their veterinarian, dog trainer, and cat behaviorist to try to treat their pet's condition before using this approach. This same norm also occurs when two people who have been in a romantic relationship are considering moving in together, so they decide to have their pets meet beforehand to see if their pets are compatible and can easily get along, which good way to prevent unnecessary conflicts before they happen. If they don't get along, the individuals may need to hold off until they can get a veterinary professional to diagnose the problem and attempt to treat it so it can be controlled or eliminated.
Adam: How are you and Victoria doing these days?
Earl: We're doing pretty good, but she insists that before we get more serious that she wants me to meet her dog and cat to see if they like me and go from there.
Adam: She is using the Let my Pets Decide Rule. You do realize if they don't like you that there is strong possibility she will end your relationship.
Earl: Yes, but I'm not worried. A friend of mine knows her and has met her dogs. He told me they tend to be very friendly.
