An exclamation or interjection used to excuse theft or grabbing. It must be said before the object is taken. To avoid having one's possessions Nab Citied, one must declare that they are un-Nab Citiable.

Guy 1: "I just got a ticket to the chocolate factory! I can't wait to go!"

Guy 2: "Nab City! That ticket is mine!"

Guy 1: "Nooo!"

People of the scene or emo sub culture (never of the goth or punk cultures), who spend all their free time in the city. Commonly drinking alcohol in city parks. Generally ranging from 12 years of age to 17 years of age.

I was at Flinders Street Station the other day, I'm so sick of seeing those city scum on the stairs.
