Suicide Hill is a place in south Philly at Broad and Packer where teens go sledding and almost all of the time slide into the street. Implying you are suicidal because you can get hit by a truck.

Suicide By PMS can be best understood as an individual (typically though not exclusive to the male gender) intentionally or unintentionally aggravates a woman during her monthly menstrual cycle, with the result being a verbal lashing or character assassination.

Similar to suicide by cop, where a perpetrator feigns use of a weapon during an armed standoff with law enforcement, with the end goal being execution under false pretenses.
