Thesaurus

A very difficult word to pronounce. Usually ends up 'thathauruth' or a variant of it. However, one can easily overcome this obstacle by pronouncing the word very slowly. See thathafrath.

Alex: Hey, could you hand me the thethaur-... theth-.. the thing next to the dictionary?
John: The thesaurus?
Alex: ... yeah.

Thesaurasize

The act of looking up words within a thesaurus, either online or otherwise, and gently supplanting them with other, more well-meaning words.

Such as, kennel with cage.

"Yo, whatchu up to, mah nigga?"

"Allow me to assist you in your quest of a better word, sir. Let us, thesaurasize. Let us look up a better, politer term in place of the ghetto, negative 'nigga'."

"How about I assist you in rearranging your face?"

"Nigga, it is."

Urban Thesaurus

An extension of urbandictionary.com in which one can input a word defined by Urban Dictionary or the English language in general and one is returned with all synonyms in the Urban Dictionary database.

Last Wednesday, Dr. Sphooderglock needed a colleague and close friend to stop masturbating and to reply to his emails so that he could move forward with an urgent project. He couldn't say "Hey Sarunas, stop masterbating" because it's just too invasive. So instead, he urban thesaurused, and was able to gently remind him that he can do his arm cardio during his gym time when people aren't relying on him.

But that never happened, because the doctor had no tool to help him come up with a more modern term for masterbating. The general population eagerly awaits the development of this much needed resource.
