Rez trash

Typically a adult skanky female who resides in rundown overcrowded house that isn't even hers (still living with parents or relatives) she has kids with different fathers whom she ditches at extended periods of time so that she can party or sleep around with random men (mostly those that are already taken) she can not hold a job and will post her job as a full time mommy on Facebook.

Rez Ride

A car that is barely held together with a bumber sticker that reads "Indian Power". It usually has no seat belts, rearview mirror, tail lights, head lights, gas cap, and a decent radio. It often needs repairs and hauls ass on any dirt road.

Carl: "Hey I need a ride to the store."
Jon: "If you air up my flat tire and put in gas, I'll take you."
Carl: "I hate your rez ride!"
Jon: "Me too."
Carl: "Where is your pump?"
Jon: "In the trunk, underneath the blanket, by the commods."

Rez Sled

Junker car, usually full size Chevrolet/Ford of late 1970's early 1980's vintage. Often with multicolored body panels, and or rust holes through parts of the body. Bumpers may or may not have been replaced with a chunk of wood.
Most often seen in and around Indian reservations being driven by younger native individuals.

Nearly got run off the road last night by a bunch of nuts driving some rez sled down the highway.
