Created by switching the "r" and the "t" in "retard, it is a discrete synonym for retard that can go unnoticed. Used in situations where an actual challenged person is present and/or near the conversation in which "retard" is needed.

"Damn Eric...you are such a teerard." (said while looking over Eric's shoulder, spotting a real retard)

A tall individual probably around 6'4" who originated from the USSR, and has many communist ties. He is smooth with the ladies but never quite gets any. Temerlan is a gentle giant but fails to preform on the court.
