The Minnesota native learned last June that he only had months to live after being diagnosed with osteosarcoma at the age of 14, and decided to record the song “Clouds” as a farewell message to his family and friends.
With the help of director Justin Baldoni, Sobiech also filmed a 22-minute documentary, My Last Days: Meet Zach Sobiech.
