When you're sniffly but don't quite have a snot stream. Also can be used as a verb to describe sucking snot out of a baby's nose.

Dude, the baby is super snorfly, can you go snorfle him so he can actually get some sleep?

A Snorfledoodle is someone who you do not like- it is a nicer slur.

Ex: “You stole my chocolate you snorfledoodle!”.

To uncontrollably laugh while attempting to drink something, usually resulting in a beverage explosion.

I tried to tell her the joke about the penguin and the blender, and I totally snorflequacked my coffee all over the table.
