The noun used to term a unwanted biscuit, for whaterver reasons, from the biscuit's deteriorated state or the reciepant's state of being, namely one that dosnt want a biscuit.

Shnoogler

Someone you have feelings for and do boyfriend, girlfriend things but you are not in a relationship. They are free to hook up with others while drunk but it would be insulting to hook up with another while sober. There are no rules but you care about eachother feelings enough to create guidelines.
