Vive La Difference

Vive La Difference is French for long live the difference between the sexes.

In the 54-40 song "Ocean Pearl" they include the phrase Vive La Difference.

The line "I'm gonna put the Vive back in La Difference yea" referring to the difference between him and his "Ocean Pearl".

undefined reference to _sbrk

An interjection of disgust about something that will never work from recently on, no matter how hard or easy you try. Usually it's an item or idea that has worked well in the past, but is totally knackered in this modern age. Comes from C programs written for an older version of the toolchain which flatly refuses to compile on the newer toolchain.

Going to war with spears?? Undefined reference to _sbrk!

I tried to use sorcery to turn my Yugo into a Rolls Royce, but got an undefined reference to _sbrk.

Same Difference does not mean 'same thing'. Same difference refers to two subject matters which are not equal yet share similar values.

For instance: Apples & Oranges. Both are fruits, but are not equal.

Bob: I love Apples.
John: Don't you mean Oranges?
