This word means "Alright". It also is used as a response if you don't like something or if you think something is stupid. It's almost an insult like saying "Whatever". Or it's like saying "your an idiot".
The word came from a supposed ET that lived on an island.

Mom: Go take out the garbage.
Son: Orree (alright) Mom. No problem.

Person1: I hate you.
Person2: Orree, Dickhead.
