Used as an expression to repeat what has just been spoken, in a sarcastic manner or in jest. Usually repeated after an unimportant part of conversation in a similar tone, to signify ones lack of interest or disagreement.
Rosa: Hey now! I thought you were making me tea?!
Jose: Meep meep meep...
or
Jose: Out in town tonight then?
Rosa: No i'm staying in to study tonight!
Jose: Meep meep meep
Pat: Yeah, meep meep meep Rosa...
Jose: Meep meep meep...
or
Jose: Out in town tonight then?
