Library Bae

Someone you don't know of the opposite sex which you see in the library and mentally claim for your own.

Generally used by university students studying for exams due to sitting in the same spot for a long time and procrastinating by looking at passers by.

Commonly used on social networking sites such as YikYak.

Person 1:- "I was sat opposite my library bae for 3 hours today, It was bliss"
Person 2:- "did you speak to her?"
Person 1:- "No but I caught her eye once"

Stauffer Library

A library on the Queen's University campus. Home to much suffering, desperation and sometimes the homeless, it is open 24 hours during exam period. A great place to stay warm while waiting for a taxi or to avoid going home to an unfavourable roomate. It is affectionately known as "Club Stauff" by the student body.

"Hey man, let's go party at Club Stauff tonight."
"Monica, please save me a seat at Stauffer Library, I'm just going on a Tim Hortons run."

pubic library

A place of learning and research that does not employ a filthter on its internet-connection, allowing its patrons easy and unrestricted access to "juicy 'n' wet" websites.

I was unable to research the history of human contraceptives due to the "regular" library's overly-picky filthter system, so I hadda travel a good ways to find a pubic library just so that I could get the info I needed.
