Someone who is very perverted and shouts out 69 a lot. He has reddish hair and probably wears sport glasses. He is funny and nice, but he will make fun of your forehead. On a scale of 1 to 10 he is most likely a 6. He has a shlong and will give any girl a PJ (look it up on the urban dictionary). Any girl will call him a perv, but every boy calls him the king.
