To dot someone is to respond to his or her latest message with serveral dots in a row. He or she then becomes dotted.

The dot method is often used to show your lack of interest or displeasment. Common places for this method is Instant Messaging, IRC and mobile text messages.

A drote is a DRunken quOTE. Popularized on college campuses nationally by the ever growing and always popular website, Drotes.com. Originated in the beer filled dorms of James Madison University, where the girls are always pretty, and highly susceptible to drunken, and even funnier, sober quotes.

One of the first drotes, in a long line of many: "If you press on my phone it doesn't work it means I need pizza Jason get me rice."

Droptease

When listening to dub step, there are times where a drop is thought to be coming, but right as you think the bass is about to drop, it doesn't and continues the basic beat it was in. This causes a sense of annoyance, and longing for the drop that was supposedly going to come.

Damn, I thought the beat was going to drop!!!
