A game that is played by a ton of people all over the world, but is often subjected to stereotypes saying WoW players are nerdy fatsos with no life, but in reality (like me) are nice people with lots of friends and have a family, it only costs $14 a month which is very cheap if you have even a job at mcdonalds or something.

non player: Hey you fat nerd stop talking to those cool people and get over here so i can beat you up!

Thr third installment in the Wacrcraft Real-Time-Strategy series, by Blizzard entertainment. Features good 3D graphics, although sometimes called "cartoony". Quality storyline, and gameplay. Also comes with the World Editor, which offers loads of customization for making your own maps.

World of Warcraft Syndrome

A disease you can get from playing WoW for atleast a day. It is still a fun game, but it is really addicting and you could possibly get the disease. The disease gives you obsession to the hit MMORPG, World of Warcraft. What may also happen to you: You'll become a World of Warcraft Nerd, You'll spend entire days in WoW, You'll eventually get fatter, You won't want to go outside, and you also won't want to do anything else but play your World of Warcraft.

Some Guy: "Hey, man. You wanna go and play basketball outside with us?"

Pre-Victim of World of Warcraft Syndrome: "No. I'm leveling up. I'll come outside later....."

4 DAYS LATER

Same Guy: "Dude how long are you gonna be playing that game? You haven't come outside in 4 days!"
