Rosi_sporting is taking a car with a possiblity of making a nice profit and then doing modifications to the car to make sure that in the future no profit can be achieved.

Some times the modifications are done with a blunt object such as a hammer and in some cases a axe can be used to get the desired effect.

In doing a Rosi_sport the car will never be completed and will be sold at a loss days away from "completion" as you have lost interest and bought another car to complete the circle once again
