Anyone who thinks being the exact opposite of American culture is cool. This includes slurring your words, using cereal boxes as backpacks, and basically inventing your own nigger language (shizzle, crunk, etc). Both black and white people can be niggers, contrary to popular belief. However, black niggers are given special public priviledges like the ability to cuss, break stuff, or just plain fuck with you whenever they feel like it. These priviledges are similar to those of retards.
