The greatest band of all time. With the beautiful voice of Robert Plant, The kickass riffs of Jimmy Page, The heart-stoping beat of John Bonham, and the rhythmic bass of John Paul Jones. 4 GODS that formed Led Zepplin in 1968 and broke up in 1980 when John "Bonzo" Bonham sadly died. Their best album was Led Zeppelin IV which had the most requested rock song of ALL TIME "Stairway to Heaven".

Overall Led Zeppelin is the greatest band of all time WAY better than nows music. Those low life peice of crap emo bands like

THE BEST BAND EVER!! This awesome late 60's early 70's group consists of Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones, and John Bonham. They did a bunch of really famous songs like "Stairway to Heaven", "Gallows Pole" and "Kashmire" , to name just a few. Jimmy Page, the guitarist is the best guitarist ever to exist.. AND I MEAN EVER!

A blues-oriented band from England that launched its remarkable 13 year musical journey in 1968. Jimmy Page is the primo riff wizzard, Robert Plant's song writing evoked a mystical-Celtic kinda dynamic, John Paul Jones provided incredible bass runs, and the drummer--Bonzo--was the hard, driving force. When you consider their 13 year career it's truely amazing that they kept growing together as musicians and leaving us some pretty awesome tunes to enjoy. Zep is credited for starting-up the whole heavy metal thing, but they also played with finese--acustic numbers. Their biggest hit, Stairway to Heaven, starts slow and cute and builds-up into a raunchy climax.

When the Led Zeppelin took off they took no quarter, dude.

Led Zeppelin, Arguably the best rock band ever, they did a little bit of everything and did it well. Their live performaces were the best, Robert Plant was vocals, Jimmy Page was lead Guitar, John Bonham did drums, and John Paul Jones was Bass Guitar.

How the West was won by, Led Zeppelin fucking rocks all albums out today, and they havent been a band for like 20+ years. That is just sad.
