Pink Fic

A term I use when I read a fanfic that reminds me of a certain hue of the color pink. Often, these are oneshot fanfics that take place in the night. These fanfics are just really fluffy and don't usually have much dialogue. Both characters have known each other for a long time to feel comfort in each other's presence without saying anything. It's also really intimate but not in a sexual way. Definitely one of my favorite genres of fics!

Person 1: I love this fanfic! I'd like to read more like this but I think it's possible to find it since my search is very specific..

Milk Fic

The fanfic was first published in February 2011 on swirlshakeitup's Livejournal. Infamous in 2011 - 2014, it was Brendon giving Ryan a milk enema. It eventually started to be picked up by other fandoms and used as copypastas just replacing their names (most popular being Smosh, Dan & Phil, MCR etc.) Because of numerous instances of the fic being copied, the author took the original down in December 2012.

Non fic

“Non fic” is a laid-back, Southern California spin on saying “this actually happened”—short for non-fiction, but with more sneakers-and-sunset energy. It’s what you drop when something sounds made up but isn’t. Like “no cap” or “deadass,” it signals that the story you’re telling is real—even if it shouldn’t be.

We found a possum in the Uber. No one blinked. Non fic.
