A night filled with raucous laughter and merriment as well as occasional frotting. Typically accompanied by unlimited drink specials and bar games. Used in the work place to not alert your boss on how much of a degenerate you are on the weekends.
Guy 1: hey man, we doing ice cream after dinner?
Guy 2: hell yeah it's Friday!
Boss: *thinks to himself* they're either gay or really like ice cream.

A term used to covertly refer to weed, hash, or any other THC-containing derivative of marijuana when the necessity arises to mention it in public conversation.
"Ice cream party at my house after finals!"
"Did he get enough ice cream for the weekend?"
"Mom, is it ok if I have some ice cream at his birthday party?"
