From there a NASCAR track will be built around the circumference and a trailer park will be erected within. The aproxomate ammunt of Concrete needed is 40 million dollars wich will be funded by several means.

Concrafter is a German YouTuber also known as Luca/Luz/Dumm. He often talks about other YouTubers, his ukulele Ukuleli and his dog Balou, as well as his bottle of water Vittello. He has 2.2 million subscribers (as of January 3rd 2017) and a super dumb shop (luca-shop.de) which he also likes to promote on his channel regularly. He can be associated with gaming, comedy and his friends (no idea why he actually has some) such as Max and Seppel. Other than that, he is a student at a University and graduates this year.
