1.The attempt to push yourself after obvious signs of exhaustion, which is triggered from any form of exercise. Most common in white females.

2.The slow-paced form of exercise that only looks like it is actually doing something, but in reality is no more effective than walking. Most common in white females.

1. On the last turn of the 400m, she was chummin'.

2. She was chummin' on the treadmill at the gym, it was so weak.

When a fat nasty person eats food and gets shit all over their face, but they don't notice it and they just keep eating their food while you can't help but stare and vomit.
