Meaning:
The word comes from sweden and is used to describe something that is neither good or bad. If someone anounces something that is neither good or bad, you can answer with "aah, burb" instead of "wow, great" or "oh no, thats bad" to state that you heard what they said and use it as a reaction to the statement.
