With more people it becomes more of a circle. Each person lights a blunt, and passes it. All puff and pass at exactly the same time in a clockwise fashion, so you continuously have a blunt in your hand. Keep going around, puffing and passing until all 3 blunts are smoked. You will get REALLY HIGH, REALLY FAST, which is kinda the goal. A game that was invented in Chicago (hence the name) and over time has made its way to other cities.
