The opposite of predicting. A subsequent statement of knowledge of an event after the event has taken place. Primarily used by unimpressed female significant others.

Lisa, there's no way you knew I was going to say that; you're just post-dicting.

It is linked to the line in the move "Good Morning Vietnam" where the late and great Robin Williams says with respect to the peacock strutting around feathers on display "Look at me I'm incredible check it out"
