A really annoying thing that kicks your OCD to a higher level. Like in a meeting if the man in front of you is a man you don't really know has a little lump on his suit coat, you have to just stand the meeting looking at that little lump fighting yourself not to touch it.

The lump was so annoying, I had just about had it looking at the unperfect rug.

Willie Lump Lump originated in the children's book The Legend Of Willie Lump Lump. In the book Willie Lump Lump was shrunk to miniature size when he fell in some goo. The term was popularized when a reference to "Ending up like Willie Lump Lump" was made in the 1993 film Menace II Society. Since the film the term has had different meanings over the years among different people in different areas.
