A felony bag is the small carrying case used to organize & tote around the tools & gadgets needed to get high. A felony bag may include, yet not limited to, the following- a glass pipe, chore boy, a metal stick, syringes, tourniquet, cotton, metal spoon, alcohol pads, rolling papers, etc.

This term is mainly used in Australia for when someone is in your ear having a chat (mostly a very incoherent and annoying conversation). It is common to see a bloke at the local RSL come up to people and start dribbling words in someone’s ear who they don’t even know.
