Twitter peeps is used as a term/form of endearment. Love. Respect.

Example.. plural.. So and so are my twitter peeps
Example.. singular.. She is my twitter peep
Example.. past tense.. He was once my twitter peep
Example.. I love my twitter peeps!

There are certain people/accounts that I consider my twitter peeps because I love/like to communicate/associate with them.
