This occurs when one person, in an epic show of douchebaggery, shifts the attention from what should be one person's unforgettable life moment to their own undeserving ass.

New mom to her husband: It's a boy!

Situational Kanye: Hey, no offense to y'all, I let y'all finish giving birth and ay'thing, but y'all shoulda had a girl. Girls are so much better, no disrespect, but they deserve to get born more than any other gender.

Husband: Stop pulling a Kanye and hand me my child back!

Pulling a Victoria is a phrase growing in popularity within marketing, PR and Communications circles relating to someone who whilst giving the impression they are working spends their time with friends or colleagues (whom are also pulling a Victoria) either in the pub, a bar or at a 'media mingle'.

I've been working on this brochure for 4 months and I should really get it finalised today but you know fuck it... let's pull-a-victoria and get down the boozer ?
