part of the LGBTQ+ community (in the plus) it means someone who is attracted to all genders, or just attracted to personalities. like bisexuals like all genders ( girls, boys, non binary, etc) but pan people don't even think about gender.

straight girl: that guy is hot
gay girl: that girl is hot
bi girl: that girl is hot and that guy is hot
pansexual girl: that's hot
