A bum who thinks he's "cool" because he tries to act chill with his no home, and shopping cart. Usually cool bums have a beer with them and where shades.

Girl: Me and my friend saw a cool bum yesterday!
Guy:How was he cool?
Girl:He fell asleep wearing shades next to his shopping cart!
Guy: Then I've seen some cool bums before!
