A man often mistaken for being German due to his extremely small penis and bad sense of fashion. Carl is usually underestimated for his extreme power and strength however can also become cocky. A gill is normally found on the top of his ear making Carl a half fish and due to his 5 showers a day it really shows he loves water. Although Carl can seem like an alright guy he is also a child beater. Everytime he hears a young boy is misbehaving he will threaten to drag there face along a brick wall whilst yelling at them for being scum.
